One-Day Yoga Immersion

Join Melissa for a one-day immersion focused on yoga practices including poses, breathing, meditation, and mindfulness. This is an all-levels experience including opportunities to modify as needed. The immersion will focus on yoga practices from the 8 limbs of yoga that use poses + breathing formatted by connecting poses together using transitions. The immersion is designed to prepare the body + mind for meditation experiences which will occur directly after the yoga practices.

Vinyasa-based yoga practices

Melissa Cameron Yoga’s Private Group Yoga classes are rooted in vinyasa yoga — a breath-based practice that links movement, awareness, and steady attention. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced with intentional steps, or kramas, to help the body build safely and progressively.

Thoughtfully designed yoga practices.

Rather than moving through random poses, every practice is designed with purpose. Supportive preparation, strategic progression, and compensating poses are woven throughout the class to create a balanced experience for the whole body.

Breath-based movements.

Breath guides the pace of practice, helping students move with more awareness, regulate the nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and restored.
